Stampin’ Up! Artistry Blooms ~ Stampin' Fancy Friday Friendship Card

I am so excited to be sharing with you a fun card that I made for the fabulous Stampin’ Fancy Friday blog posts/shares for this month with the theme of featuring our favourite suites.

I have to admit that picking my favourite suite was like picking a favourite child and VERY hard.

I decided to go with ‘one’ of my favourite suites.

Why? BRIGHT COLOURS – I am always drawn to the bright things and I just love bright and happy designs.

Here’s a look at my finished card.

I have used the beautiful Artistry Blooms Designer Series Paper which really ‘made’ the card with it’s bright and colourful designs.

I have then die cut the GORGEOUS floral arrangement from the coordinating Hand Drawn Blooms Dies in the lovely Rainbow Glimmer Paper.

Yep…you read right…RAINBOW glimmer paper. I was in love!

I have then die cut the same arrangement from Thick Whisper White Cardstock so that I could cut out just the banner to stamp my sentiment on, which I have stamped in Memento Black.

Here’s a close up of the finished card where you can see some of the finer details.

I have stamped some of the flowers from the Hand Drawn Blooms stamp set and coloured them with the beautiful Magenta Madness Stampin’ Blends.

I then added some Artistry Blooms Sequins to the centres and added a Basic Rhinestone that I have coloured with Stampin’ Blends.

I accented with some additional sequins and some of the Magenta Madness In Colour Ribbon.

I also added some additional die cuts from the coordinating dies, cut from Gold Foil.

Here’s a look at the inside of the card which I have kept simple with layers of Basic Black and Whisper White. I added a small strip of the Artistry Blooms Designer Series Paper and stamped a floral piece in Magenta Madness with a simple sentiment stamped in Memento Black.
