Hey lovely crafty friends,
I’m so excited to share this super fun interactive card that I made at the October 2025 Online Stamping Retreat! This one was taught by the fabulous Lisa Curcio, and oh my goodness — it was such a blast to create!

We made a Button Spinner Card, using the gorgeous Snowy Delights Bundle from Stampin’ Up!. Think frosty pastel tones, sparkly details, and a whole lot of winter magic.

The idea behind this design is so clever — there’s a little hidden mechanism that lets the snowflake spin when you open the card! It’s the kind of card that makes people say “wait… how did you do that?!” 🩵
I used a soft blend of Fresh Freesia, Bubble Bath, and a hint of Balmy Blue ink to create that dreamy ombré background. The white-embossed snowflakes add a beautiful texture that feels so light and magical.

Right in the centre, I layered up some die-cut snowflakes from the Snowy Delights bundle — with a mix of white, and a few touches of glimmer paper because… sparkle season!
And of course, the “Joy to the World” sentiment ties it all together perfectly.

I kept the inside clean but still carried that snowy theme through with a simple cluster of stamped snowflakes in the corner. It’s subtle, but it really ties the whole design together — and gives you plenty of space to write your message!

There’s something so special about creating interactive cards — they just bring an extra layer of joy to the crafting process. Watching that snowflake spin made me smile every single time!
This class reminded me just how much inspiration and learning happens at these retreats — even when you’ve been crafting for years, there’s always something new to discover!
