As Christmas Eve has arrived, I’m sharing my final Christmas card projects for the season — a trio of festive cards created using the Stampin’ Up! Festive Friends bundle paired with a mix of favourite Designer Series Papers.

If you’re still finishing up cards (or mentally bookmarking ideas for next year 👀), this set is all about keeping the design consistent while changing up colours and patterns to make bulk card making quick, easy, and still totally handmade.

One Design, Three Looks

All three cards follow the same basic layout, making them perfect for batch creating. By simply switching out the Designer Series Paper, each card takes on a completely different personality:

• North Pole Delivery Designer Series Paper for a classic, playful Christmas feel
• Lights of Aurora Designer Series Paper for a cooler, wintry vibe with rich colour blends
• Traditions of Christmas Designer Series Paper for a bold and elegant festive look

Using one layout but different papers is such a great way to stretch your supplies and avoid decision fatigue when you’re short on time.

Simple Layers with Festive Texture

To add interest without overcomplicating things, I kept the layers clean but intentional:

• The Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder adds subtle texture and dimension
• Party Banner dies help ground the stamped images and sentiments
• Pine die cuts from the Christmas Greenery Dies bring in that classic Christmas foliage feel

These little embellishments elevate the cards without slowing down the process — perfect for last-minute crafting.

Festive Friends Steal the Spotlight

The Festive Friends bundle really shines in this style of project. The images are fun, friendly, and easy to colour, making them ideal for repetitive stamping and colouring when you’re creating multiples.

I love how each character feels cohesive as a set, yet still works beautifully on its own — exactly what you want when making a stack of cards.

A Simple Way to Finish the Season

This will be my final Christmas card post for the year, and it felt fitting to end with a reminder that handmade doesn’t need to mean complicated. Sometimes the best approach is choosing a design you love and letting small changes — like colour or paper — do the heavy lifting.
