I am back again today with another Onstage November 2017 recap post.
I met all these amazing ladies, saw all these amazing things and more and I just wanted to share it with you all. Onstage really is the best experience and I love being a demonstrator because that means I can experience all of this!
I’d recommend joining Stampin’ Up! in a heartbeat. The experience is mind-blowing and you make friends for life! If you want to know more about joining my Stampin’ Up! team never feel afraid to send me an email and I can talk you through why it’s such an amazing decision!
I was lucky enough to be at Onstage with 37 other members of my Stampin’ Up! team – The Crazy Crafters and they are such a lively and fun bunch. They are lifelong friends.
One of my downline and friends Jodie came with me to Melbourne and it was her first Onstage experience and she loved it. Here we are after being given the new catalogues for the first time. Of course we wanted to dive right in and get to seeing what gorgeous new products were inside!
As a part of Onstage you get given a conference bag which is personalised to each Onstage event and better still, it’s filled with free goodies! It’s so worthwhile going. Event registration is only $120 for the day but the goodies you get in your bag well surpass that investment!
Pictured here is my conference bag, the beautiful Stampin’ Up! mug that we received (perfect for a coffee while browsing the catalogue), our lanyard with name badge and awards, a special 30th anniversary pin, the catalogues, a 6 month planner/diary, Stampin’ Up! pens, THREE amazing new stamp sets, an ink pad, a set of four mini punches, a circle punch, some embellishments from the new catalogue and some gorgeous black rhinestones which were a gift from our team leader Kylie.
Our team leader Kylie was so kind to give us a beautiful handmade card with a message inside. So thoughtful and kind. It really is like a big crafting family.
I was also lucky enough to receive a ribbon for both recruiting and leadership which was pretty cool!
Here’s a look at the conference room (and this is only part of it) as we are very attentively watching a presentation on the screen by the lovely Shannon West (she is just the best!)
Another really cool part of Onstage is that they have display stampers that get some of the new product before Onstage and so we get to see lots of beautiful artwork by lots of different demonstrators across Australia showing off the new suites and stamp sets in the catalogue.
Below are some pictures of some of the samples.
These above samples were by the lovely Bronwyn Eastley who is also a fellow Tasmanian demonstrator and she did an absolutely stunning job shooting off a firm favourite new suite which features dragons, knights, mermaids and other mythical creatures. I think it’s going to be a hot seller!
I just had to Ooohhh and Ahhh over the lovely Chloe Evan’s work. She is a lovely demonstrator (and I just love her accent) and a very talented stamper! She had a play with some of the beautiful new sets and suites in the catalogue and did a fabulous job.
Some more gorgeous samples featuring the beautiful fruit and bird banter sets. I love the bright colours and happy feeling of these samples!
This was probably my favourite display piece! It was absolutely stunning. I didn’t catch who this was created by, but whoever it was did a fabulous job!
Some more samples from another couple amazing suites.
I think these are also going to sell like hotcakes in the catalogue. So many possibilities!
Here’s a close up look at the three sets that I won and had in my conference bag. This is a bit of a sneak peek from the new catalogue. I can’t wait to ink these up!
In fact my son has already been playing with the Magical Day set. Which little boy wouldn’t love knights and dragons?
Mummy is still pretty protective over her ink pads after a few little ‘accidents’ Haha!
Come back tomorrow as I share the swaps I made for Onstage and the ones I received in return!
Australia is home to lots of amazing paper crafters and stampers!
Happy stamping.
