It’s time for another Be Inspired Blog Hop and this month we are featuring Christmas Characters. These could be anything from cute reindeers, adorable snowmen, the cute Christmas Penguins or event Santa himself. I took the opportunity to create with the adorable penguins from the Snowy Scenes suite to create this Snow Globe Shaker Card for this month’s hop.

The beautiful Snowy Scenes Designer Series Paper features these snow globes that you can simply cut out and use on their own or create a snow globe shaker card like I have here!

Snowy Scenes Stampin’ Up! Snow Globe Shaker Card

Here is a look at the finished card. I have kept it rather simple outside of the shaker components and just added a simple heat embossed sentiment, gold thread bow and some Summer Splash gems.

Inside the snow globe shaker I have added some White Loose Snowflakes and white glitter.

Here is a close up look at the shaker card and the beautiful embossed background that I have created using the Timber 3D Embossing Folder.

I made the snow globe extra special by adding some Summer Splash Glimmer Paper to the base.

A look at the inside which I have decorated with some Snowy Scenes Designer Series Paper, Summer Splash Glimmer and a penguin fussy cut from the Designer Series Paper.
