Hello lovely blog readers! I hope you have been well.
Sorry I have been so MIA. There’s a long story to my absence but in a nutshell I had a whole life changing experience but today isn’t about that…so more to come on that later…but in the meantime – welcome to my new blog!!
Isn’t it just beautiful? I have to thank the gorgeous Amy Celona for her AMAZING work.
If you know anyone that wants a new blog, you know where to go – she is a genius!
Today I am excited to be taking part in the lovely Kylie Bertucci’s International Blog Highlights Winners Blog Hop. A BIG thank you to anybody that voted for my card that I featured in the blog hop.
You can take a look at that post here.
Be sure to see the bottom of this post for links to all the amazing blogs that have taken part it today’s fun hop.
Here’s a look at the fun card that I have made for today’s hop.
This card features the Zoo Globe stamp set which actually coordinates with a product from last year’s Mini Catalogue – the Snow Globe Scenes Dies. It makes this adorable scene using cut little animals and scenery!
It would make a great card from the young and the old!
I have chosen to make this card a birthday card but it could be made for all sorts of occasions!
Here’s a close up look at the finished card where you can see some of the texture and detail.
I have chosen to embellish with a few different things including the beautiful Linen Thread and the Playing with Patterns Resin Dots.
I have also stamped my globe base with some Memento Ink on some Grey Granite Cardstock and die cut this out with the coordinating Snow Globe Scene Dies. I have adhered this to the card with some Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Here’s a close up look at the inside of the card which I have kept simple with layers of Basic Black and Thick Whisper White Cardstock before adding a small strip of the Brights 6×6 Designer Series Paper which I have also used on the card front.
I have then also added some Linen Thread and some basic stamping using the Zoo Globe Stamp Set.
A big thank you for reading my blog today and I hope that you got some fun inspiration from today’s post, not only from my card but from all the amazing blogs and beautiful projects from those that took part.
I can’t wait to get back into blogging more full time again and sharing LOTS of amazing new things with you.
In the mean time be sure to come and follow my Facebook page because I share on there regularly.

It is a really gorgeous and fun set and I just love that it coordinates with dies that we already had in the collection. I love when Stampin’ Up! does that.
