Here’s a look at the finished card.
I went to town with different tones of green on my finished card. I really LOVE green – in fact greens and blues are always my favourite colour palette – so for this and thinking of Christmas and all the gorgeous trees I decided to features some of my favourites; Shaded Spruce, Just Jade, Granny Apple Green and Pretty Peacock.
I have used the beautiful curvy edged die with the dotty edge repeatedly over strips of Cardstock all cut to the same card front side to give me several pieces which I have layered upon another to give me this card front.
I have then used the Curvy Christmas Stamp Set to heat emboss a sentiment from in white embossing powder to the front of the card before adhering this to my card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
Here’s a close up look at the finished card where you can see some of the texture and detail.
I have embellished with some stamped images from the Curvy Christmas Stamp Set which I have stamped in Granny Apple Green and Pretty Peacock. There is no corresponding die to these images so I have fussy cut these out and adhered with Glue Dots.
I have then embellished with some Just Jade In Color Ribbon and some In Colour Enamel Dots in Just Jade.
I also added some spritzes of Wink of Stella for some sparkle and shine.
Here’s a look at the inside of the card which I have kept simple with layers of Basic Black and Whisper White. I have also added some of the Classic Christmas 6×6 Designer Series Paper in just a tiny strip along the bottom with some Linen Thread and some basic stamping with the coordinating stamps.
I hope you got some inspiration and enjoyment out of today’s card share.
