Recently back in April I showed how to make a Rotating Circle Fun Fold card on my weekly Facebook Live which was a lot of fun to make such a dynamic & interactive card design.
I loved showing how to create this card design with the Attention Shoppers Bundle but I recently recreated this same card design. Instead this time I created the fun card design with the A Little Latte Suite to make a coffee themed handmade card.

The coffee themed elements in this bundle were perfect to create this style of interactive card as it has included some cute coffee cups and coffee themed elements like coffee spoons and coffee beans which look awesome spinning around these rotating circles upon opening the card. This rotating circle fun fold card is perfect to gift to any coffee lover – but don’t stop there – with a few changes you could easily make some yummy hot chocolates too!

Here is a look at the finished fun fold design. I have seen alternates of this design where the window at the front is not cut out with the mechanism simply being inside the card. You can see this alternate version on Barry & Jay’s YouTube video at Mitosu Crafts – they did a great job!

On my rotating circle fun fold card I have cut the window out and then realigned that cut out circle to be placed back in the same place so when opened it ‘spins’. This looked particularly good with this coffee swirled pattern from the A Little Latte Designer Series Paper.

These close ups show the inside of the card and some of the details I added. Using a mixture of the stamped coffee cup/latte images which I have coloured with the included two step stamps combined with the die cut small coffee cups. I also added some stamped & die cut smaller images which I have coloured with some coordinating Stampin’ Blends.

I decorated the card front/top circle with one of the beautiful included dies which makes a gorgeous coffee press. Using some Copper Foil and vellum I die cut this out (sadly you can no longer purchase vellum however it would look equally beautifully cut from our Window Sheets for that translucent look.)

I added some extra texture and embellishment with the Pecan Pie Centre Striped Ribbon which I have frayed to pull the individual threads. I finished the card with some of the coordinating Adhesive Backed Swirl Dots.

This picture shows how the fun interactive element looks on this card. Those fun coffee cups and coffee themed elements ‘spin’ around the card when opened and then spin back upon closing the card. This card will need it’s own handmade envelope due to the larger size but I have used Jacque William’s easy tutorial on how to make a quick & easy handmade envelope which is both quick, easy but also stylish!
