The Sale-a-Bration products are all able to be earned for FREE with a $100 AUD order in my online store. On today’s project I am sharing the fun Friendly Seagulls Stamp from the Sale-a-Bration goodies.
I made myself giggle because at the start of the five days I said I would not make a fun fold — oopsie! I couldn’t resist this super cute angled gatefold card and it is a great way to use the Designer Series Paper – especially this bright and beautiful Friends of the Ocean Designer Series Paper.

Here is a look at my finished angled gatefold card. I was drawn to do something a little bit fun with this beautiful Friends of the Ocean Designer Series Paper. This Designer Series Paper is actually part of a whole suite of products and I have also incorporated the beautiful coral die. It works so well with it’s ocean theme with the seagulls. You can see the whole suite in my online store here.

The angled gatefold is a relatively simple design with a few simple scores and cuts that make for a ‘WOW!’ when opened.

I created a slide up belly band on the finished card that allows for a quick and simple yet fun interactive card experience. I anchored my seagulls on a fun ink blended circle cut with the Stylish Shapes dies and accented this with some die cut coral.

To embellish I finished the card off with some Sunny Day Iridescent Dots and Twisted Gold thread.

A look at the inside of the angled gatefold

Here is a look at how the belly band slides off to reveal the fun angled gatefold opening inside.
I added some extra stamping and blending and a funny sassy sentiment “I love your more than chips” on the inside.
