Today I’m sharing a project that’s a little bit extra… because why not go big when it comes to Christmas crafting?
This card features the Traditions of Christmas Suite from Stampin’ Up! — and honestly, this suite just makes my heart so happy. The mix of traditional colours, the gorgeous greenery, and those gold hoops? Obsessed.

For this design, I really wanted the wreath to be the star of the show, so I pulled out the Traditional Wreath 3D Embossing Folder and coloured the entire image using an assortment of green Stampin’ Blends.
This colouring technique is something I learned from Jay Soriano of Mitosu Crafts, and I absolutely have to give him credit — his classes are always incredible and such a boost to my creative mojo. 💚

Once the wreath was coloured, I layered it up on a 5 ½” x 5 ½” square card base, added the beautiful large gold hoop, and tucked in some die-cut greenery for extra texture. A linen-thread bow, a touch of festive red, and the “Merry Christmas” sentiment finished it off perfectly.

Inside, I kept things clean and simple with soft ink blending and stamped pine trees — just enough to carry the theme without overwhelming the space for writing.

I love how classic and rich this card feels… definitely one I’ll be recreating for a few special people this year!
