Welcome back to my blog again.
Twice in one week…I know…I am doing well *touch wood*
The real reason is I have been super inspired by this new suite of products that I ordered, the Coffee Break suite. I was TOTALLY undecided on this suite when I first saw it and then I fell in love.
I am not a love at first sight person. Things have to grow on me and this is a classic case of that.
Stampin’ Up! release a few great videos when they release new products and there is a great video featuring this suite if you want a closer look here.
If you like my card in today’s blog post I would love it if you could vote for it here.
This card was actually directly CASE’d out of the catalogue. This was a design featured on a 3D project and I have just altered it a bit to make it work on a card.
I love using the catalogue as a jumping off points and seeing where it takes me.
Here’s a bit of a closer look. I love the gorgeous texture of the Crumb Cake Classic Weave ribbon combined with the Linen Thread. Crumb cake is still and will always be one of my favourites. I love the rustic/classic look of it.
I added some Garden Green enamel circles for a bit of a finishing touch and to add another element of texture to the card. I always love to play around with different textures and feels.
Finally here’s the decorated inside of my card. I stamped one of the coffee cups and then added a coffee wrap from the die set in some gorgeous soft sky. I have tied in some Designer Series Paper and one of the Garden Green enamel shapes to make sure it flows with the design of the card front.
I hope wherever you are and whatever you are doing that you have some nice crafty plans for the weekend or some special time with family.
We are in for a rainy and windy weekend here but the best bit is that I have a WHOLE weekend of craft planned with friends. It can’t get much better than that!
Thanks for reading as always and if you want to see any of the products I have used, scroll down to the bottom of the blog post where it will link you to my store.

While there's no seating, the coffee makes up for it. Serving Stumptown coffee, the truck rotates a selection of beans each week. They also sell homemade baked goods which change daily. What should you order at Papa November? lepanto.org/
