I have been meaning to share this card for a long time that I created at the most recent Online Stamping Retreat that I attended. This fun fold design was designed by Bruno Bertucci and it was much fun.

This particular fun fold is called a hidden pull out double swing card and is a lot easier than it looks!

I created this card for my beautiful friend Leanne who is the breeder where my gorgeous Golden Retriever Thor came from – so AKA doggy grandma and one of my best friends! This card I was itching to make as soon as I saw this fun fold design. I won’t lie it took a long time to colour those individual doggies and fussy cut them all out – but it was well worth it!

Here is a look at the finished card. This is a look at the front with all those gorgeous dogs lined up behind a fence that I created by dry embossing some Pecan Pie Two Toned Cardstock with the Timber 3D Embossing Folder.
These look great when lightly sanded to reveal the white core.

I added some of the Adhesive Backed Textured Dots to act as ‘nails’ along the fence line.

Here is a look at how this fun fold works. Add a couple of brads and some strategically placed holes and this design easily works to create this fun fold design.

This was so much fun to pull it all together! I really wanted to create a space to add a little memento from my two furbabies “Loki” and “Thor”. I can’t say cleaning black ink off their paws was easy – but these are too cute that it was worth it!

Here is one last close up of the details of the finished design.
I added the personalised names by using the Mini Alpha Die with some Gold Foil. It really added that extra special touch to the finished design.
