Welcome to part two of my Onstage April 2017 recap post.
I thought if I did it all in one post, yesterday’s post would have just been too photo heavy.
Onstage is mental (in a good way) and there is just a lot to share so it just seemed fitting to break it up into a couple of posts and I still didn’t squeeze everything in so if you want to see all the swaps and all the little bits that I got in my Onstage bag of goodies you can watch the video here;
My Name Badge
I actually really love the idea of building a collection of these.
Since last Onstage I have progressed to Silver from Bronze and then Bronze Elite.
I have my eyes on Silver Elite, hopefully for November. Let’s cross our fingers and toes and work hard.
The New Catalogue
I think this is what people were most anxious for and when it was revealed everyone was so excited!!
There was about 10 minutes when we were handed the catalogue that we could have a flick through and let me tell you, that was the most exciting 10 minutes…but a lot more time was spent flicking through this beauty after Onstage and back in the hotel room.
Don’t forget I am taking catalogue requests for this beauty. Check out the link on the right hand side column of the blog.
The New In Colours for 2017-2019
I was SO EXCITED about these new In Colours.
Prior to going to Onstage we already knew about Tranquil Tide, Lemon Lime Twist and Fresh Fig as they had been debuted in the new Eastern Palace suite which was available for early pre-order (more on that soon) so seeing Powder Pink and Berry Burst to complete the In Colour suite was the icing on the cake.
I still can’t 100% decide which is my favourite, I am thinking Lemon Lime Twist!
My Team Gift
I am so privileged to be a part of Kylie Bertucci’s Crazy Crafters team and there were 38 of us that attended Onstage. How huge is that?
We were definitely seen (and heard!)
I was so excited to be given this gorgeous card and little Typo notebook as a gift for attending Onstage.
Prize Patrol and Bag Gifts
When attending Onstage there is a thing called Prize Patrol, depending on the colour that you are allocated on the badge when you get your welcome bag you are given a stamp in Prize Patrol.
You are also given a stamp in your welcome bag and there was an all attendee give away at the end.
These are the stamps that I won. It definitely makes going to Onstage worthwhile!
This stamp is so cute and is the one I won during Prize Patrol.
I am already picturing this one white heat embossed with a colour wash over it in Powder Pink.
What do you think?
This one was part of the all attendee giveaway.
At first when I saw it in the catalogue I wasn’t sure what I would do with it but I see so many possibilities, especially with some watercolour and maybe some gold embossing!
This stamp everyone received in their welcome bag and it coordinates with the new circle tab punch.
I am really excited about this as it coordinates really well with our new planner which I featured on my blog post yesterday. You can see that here.
Make and Takes
We also got to complete FOUR make and takes which gave us the opportunity to actually have a play with new products.
I think when you actually start playing and creating with something you want it more.
Below are the make and takes we created, they are pretty simple and not 100% my style but I enjoyed making them!
This one I didn’t finish completing as we had to put together a little crate and I thought it might get squashed on the trip home. It’s so cute!
SWAPS
I love swapping. I shared my swap cards in my post yesterday and these are just a sampling of some of the ones I got in return.
You can see all the swaps (and names of who made them) in my video at the start of the post.
I hope you have enjoyed part two of the recap of my trip to Sydney for Onstage April 2017.
I can’t wait to share more with the new products as they arrive and I get to create.
