Thanks for coming to check out my blog today.
I am sharing a fun card made with the beautiful host stamp set featured in the current Mini Catalogue. Host stamp sets are a great benefit to placing a qualifying order or hosting a party as you are entitled to exclusive host sets like this one!
This was part of a bunch of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators that get together for a fun Instahop and this month we are featuring projects with a Spring theme.
You can check out my Instagram and follow along the hop here.

Here’s a look at the card I made.
This stamp set opened itself up to a creating a fun scene.
I wanted to create a fun watercolored image and so to do this I stamped my scene with Staz On Ink on some Fluid 100 Watercolour Paper and then have used a huge range of colours (listed below) to colour my whole background and little girl on the swing.
I have used the large and small Water Painters to colour varying sections. My tree top is made with a mixture of Granny Apple Green and Old Olive for a mottled look.

Here is a close up look at the finished card. I have embellished with some flowers cut from Fresh Freesia and Pool Party cardstock using the Pierced Blooms Dies and have accented the centres with the In Colour Jewels.
The sentiment is heat embossed in white on Basic Black cardstock and trimmed into strips.

Here is a look at the inside of the card where I have added some additional blooms and a simple sentiment stamped in Memento Black.
I hope that you enjoyed this card share today.
