Stampin’ Up! ~ Forever Greenery ~ Trust Me, You're Lovely Card

Happy Friday!! — it’s the weekend – YAY!

Today I have another fun card to share with you all featuring my favourite suite – Forever Greenery.

This was one of cards I featured on my Annual Catalogue launch the other day featured on my Facebook page.

This is a look at my finished card where you can see it all come together.

I used a fun colour scheme for this card which I decided upon in a Facebook live on my page, which my lovely followers helped me decide upon. It was such a fun live with amazing people!

I have used a card that was featured as a sample by one of the amazing concept artist designers from Stampin’ Up! in the new Annual catalogue as inspiration for this card and changed it up a little bit and added some extra bits and pieces and ‘Kayla’ touches.

Here’s a close up of the finished card where you can see some of the finishing touches.

I decided to bring a sentiment in from the Lovely You Stamp set for something a little different and I must admit, that I am LOVING the font from this beautiful stamp set!

As you can see I have used a collection of stamped and die cut images from the Forever Fern bundle, some Forever Gold Laser Cut pieces and some Vellum and Gold Foil die cut pieces using the Forever Fern dies. Quite a mix, but it works so well together.

TIP: When layering lots of pieces like this, I find it really helpful to use Press N’ Seal to lay over the top and then add adhesive to layer down – it makes positioning and then adhering so much easier!

Here’s a look at the stamped and decorated inside to my card which I have kept simple with layers of Sahara Sand and Whisper White and then stamped some images I have also used on the card front in Pretty Peacock, Granny Apple Green and Coastal Cabana.

I then added another sentiment from the Lovely You stamp set, stamped in Memento Black.
