Stampin’ Up! – On The Ocean – Triple Panel Reveal Card

Hello again! I have been on a mission to share all the Online Stamping Retreat cards, I just loved making them all, but I do have to say – I am pretty sure this was one of my favourites!

I fell in love with the On the Ocean Bundle when I saw it but this interactive pull out card – is AMAZE-BALLS! – can I say that? Haha!
This is a true Bruno card!
Bruno’s original card he created using the Greatest Journey suite and it was breathtaking! I loved how he used the Designer Series Paper and the amazing Designer Series Paper – but I actually didn’t have that suite – so when I looked at it – instead of mountains I saw waves and this fun pirate ship!

Here is a look at my finished card.
I did actually use the Enjoy the Journey Designer Series Paper which has now retired but you could easily substitute that and switch it out with similar Designer Series Paper.
I am so happy that the On The Ocean bundle carried over because I just love it!

The cool thing about the On The Ocean bundle is that it comes with both a pirate ship stamp and also a pirate ship die. I have used both on this card to mix it up a little.

For a different look with the stamping I have also used a Blending Brush and applied multiple colours of ink to my stamp before stamping to give a multi toned look. I loved this (especially on the clouds)

Here is a close up look at the finished card where you can see that fun effect of all the tiers (layers) pulled out. So much fun!!
This card is larger than a normal size card. 6×8″-ish I believe – so you will need to hand create an envelope – and it is quite bulky so will incur extra shipping charges – but I always believe it’s worth it.
I’m never shy on my Stampin’ Dimensionals. Haha!

Because of the design of the card and it would be a bit hard to write a message, there is actually a separate card attached on the back with a separate space to write. How cool is that?
I have added some more stamping and additional stamping in Starry Sky, Pool Party and Tahitian Tide. I love this wave stamp.
It stamps with so much detail.

Bruno did an amazing job of designing this card! I had so much fun with making this.
