Hello again. I told you I would be back on my sharing rampage! I promised I had a lot to share!
I am back with another fun card from my time at the Online Stamping Retreat.
I had a couple of questions from people about the event I attended.
The Online Stamping Retreat is over *sad face* – but there will be another soon – get in touch over on the website here. They are amazing and you don’t want to miss out.
They are run live – but you get all the recordings.
The card I am sharing today does use some retired Designer Series Paper but the stamp set & bundle were carried over to the current Annual Catalogue – so I thought I would share it anyway – because the Designer Series Paper could be easily substituted!
AND…drum roll – may as well drop this in here.
This month in my Stampin’ Up! store – some Designer Series Paper is on SALE! Who doesn’t love a good sale?

Here is a look at my finished card. This is a super cute fun fold designed by the adorable Gina Hawley.
Gina is Lisa Curcio’s daughter and makes the most adorable cards. I love her style and that she loves the cutesy stuff like me!
This is a fun shaker card and who doesn’t love these gorgeous woodland style images?
This one is actually pretty easy to make once you get the hang of it, but I love that the retreat and the step by step guides teach you these out of the box ideas and have the step by step guides and videos.
I would never have thought of making a fun fold shaker card like this!

Here is a close up image where you can see some of the detail.
I was a bit lazy (well efficient we will call it) and used the Designer Series Paper that was available at the time that had the images that I could fussy cut out to save some stamping time, but the stamp set has these images that you can stamp and colour!
I love that they have also carried over these gorgeous Loose Daisy embellishments because they are super adorable!

Here is a look at the cute shaker component of this card. I think the recipient of this card would just be so taken by the thought that a store bought card could not compare to this!
I have added a few die cut element and the card was done.
For the background you could substitute some hand stamped daisy images from the stamp set if you were to recreate a similar card.

Here is a look at the back side of the card where I have added a place to write a message as you cannot write on the inside. I just love the little die that cuts the little wooden bridge. I am sometimes drawn to a bundle for no particular reason and this little bridge caught my eye for this one, I just thought it was the cutest!
This card looks difficult but once I worked out the components and how it comes together, it was easier than it looked.
I had so much fun in Gina’s class & can’t wait for the next one.
These style cards are always great to let the Designer Series Paper shine and really show off some of that great patterned style that Stampin’ Up! create for us. I have learnt over the years to stop hoarding my paper and let it do some creative work for me and while it is on sale, it is a great time to stock up, so be sure to go and stock up and treat yourself to some. You deserve it.
See you soon!
Crafty hugs. x
