Happy Sunday lovely readers.
I am popping on with a bright and sunny card today that is sure to brighten your day.
I was really inspired to create something really bright and cheerful and that uses the gorgeous Sale-a-Bration products that are still available to earn FREE at the moment with any $90 orders placed in my Stampin’ Up! store.
I have featured two Sale-a-Bration products on my project today, the gorgeous Be Dazzling 6×6 Paper and the Summer Shadows Dies. These two products just jumped out at me and inspired this card!
I combined this with the super fun rubbing alcohol technique with Stampin’ Up! Stampin’ Blends in a mixture of Blackberry Bliss, Bermuda Bay, Granny Apple Green, Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie and Poppy Parade for a fun rainbow look!

The rubbing alcohol technique is so much fun.
My #1 tip when using the vellum is to combine it with our Adhesive Sheets when adhering it as most other adhesives will show through. Our adhesive sheets are PERFECT when adhering our vellum. All you need to do is adhere it to the entire layer of Basic White before adding the Vellum. This makes the ENTIRE piece sticky. Perfect!

For the ‘Shine’ I have used the Playful Alphabet Dies and combined them with our great Foam Adhesive Sheets with our Be Dazzling Paper for a super fun 3D look!
I combined this with the sentiment from the Bright Baubles Stamp Set.
I simply took the “Merry & Bright” and only used the ‘bright’.
I used the beautiful Summer Shadows Dies in Coastal Cabana and Magenta Madness with Basic White for the gorgeous flowers.
I was really inspired to use the ‘Shine Bright’ sentiment after listening to the lovely Stampin’ Up! CEO Sara Douglass speak at the Stampin’ Up! BackStage conference just last month and learning to let yourself and others around you ‘shine’.
I have decided to make these cards for a few special people around me. I won’t say who yet as they are yet to hit their mailboxes but I am hoping that it will be a good reminder for them to learn to shine!
Here’s a look at the inside of the card. I have added layers of Basic White and Basic Black and brought in some more of the Be Dazzling Paper.
I have added more of the gorgeous Sale-a-Bration flowers in Magenta Madness and Basic White with some leaves in the Granny Apple Green.
I just love this bright and happy card and I can’t wait to remind some people around me to shine!
