I’m so excited to share another project from the October 2025 Online Stamping Retreat — this one taught by the incredibly talented Lisa Curcio! We learned how to make a Suspended Double Pop-Up Card and it’s honestly such an easy card to make that looks much harder than it is.

This card is full of festive cheer and Christmas sparkle — the perfect way to show off the stunning Traditions of Christmas Suite from Stampin’ Up!

This double pop-up design creates such a fun surprise when opened!
I love cards that move or lift — and this one does both! The suspended element inside gives the illusion of floating layers, adding so much dimension and movement.

Inside the card, I included a coordinating pop-up section with a “Sending Love & Joy” sentiment that feels so warm and celebratory. It’s like a little festive surprise waiting to unfold.

For my version, I leaned into a classic-meets-modern Christmas look — pairing rich reds, soft greens, and those beautiful gold foiled accents from the Traditions of Christmas Designer Series Paper. The delicate poinsettias and holly leaves add just the right amount of detail.

I absolutely adore interactive cards — they’re the perfect way to wow someone while also showcasing the beautiful coordination of Stampin’ Up! products.
The Traditions of Christmas Suite makes this design shine — from the gold accents and bold sentiments to the mix of traditional and soft water coloured florals. It’s festive, elegant, and timeless all at once.

This card was also a great reminder that learning from others, like Lisa, always pushes me to try something new and step outside my comfort zone creatively.
