Hello everyone and welcome to another Stampin’ Up! Artisan blog hop.
I am really excited this month that we got to feature the Picture Perfect Party suite of products and really make them shine and I am really excited about what the other Artisans have made.
This suite is so colourful, bright and happy and screams all things that are perfect for a super duper fun birthday party!
Something really special about this suite also is the amazing Designer Series 6×6 Paper Stack which includes realistic photo style prints on one side and a patterned design on the other.
I really wanted to feature one of the realistic prints on my card, so used those fun balloons which are actually in beautiful Stampin’ Up! colours. How cool is that?
I hope you enjoy my post and get inspired to get this suite out and have a go, it’s a lot of fun!
As you can see I made a set of three projects this month that ideally could be given together with a card, a gift bag and even a gift card holder!
I have good plans for this lot for someone special!
I love that Stampin’ Up! stock some great packaging supplies, with these gorgeous gold foiled Striped Treat Bags perfect for parties, and even better they are food safe!
I had fun making a birthday card using the realistic design of the balloons from the Designer Series Paper. I totally love that the photographed balloons match in with Stampin’ Up! colours.
I decided to accent the card with some gorgeous Peekaboo Peach Crinkled Seambinding Ribbon and some of the gorgeous blue Glimmer Paper from the Myths & Magic suite.
Who doesn’t love a bit of sparkle?
These fun treat bags are also from Stampin’ Up! and because they are food safe they are perfect some some yummy goodies to gift or perfect also for party favours!
I have stamped the white stripes on the bag with one of the coordinating sentiment stamps from the Picture Perfect Birthday Stamp Set. You do have to be careful not to smear it and it works best stamped with the Archival Basic Black Ink and left o dry.
I added some fun Birthday Mini Binder Clips, Gold Mini Sequin Trim and some Peekaboo Peach Crinkled Seambinding ribbon to finish it off.
Lastly I really wanted to make this gift set shine by including a gift card holder. I really love giving gift cards and this is sized perfectly and self closes!
The actual pattern for this gift card envelope came from the lovely Dawn Griffiths! She is a gem for providing inspiration for fun fold cards!
I hope you enjoyed this look at my stamping projects this month and were inspired to give this suite of products a try!
The two step stamping that can also be achieved with the great Picture Perfect Birthday Stamp Set is awesome. You can utilise the stamp off technique to get a lighter shade of ink, then stamp over the top without stamping off to get a tone toned look. You can also stamp each stamp with two different contrasting colours for a fun look!
The lovely Kim McGillis is up next with a fabulous project to inspire you all!
