Daisy Lane ~ Friendship Notecards

Hello and welcome back to my blog once more.

Today I am sharing with you a set of notecard I made using our gorgeous new Scalloped Edge Notecards.

These are super fun cards and make card making really simple, and they come in four gorgeous colours.

I really wanted to make some friendship cards, as I am always sending out ‘just because’ cards and I wanted to highlight this gorgeous daisy!

Here’s a look at the completed set of four notecards.

I have made each card the same, the only difference is the coloured notecard and different patterned paper strips along the bottom which I have pulled from the Follow Your Art Designer Series Paper collection.

This notecard features the Old Olive notecard.

I have stamped the little daisy image from the Daisy Lane stamp set repeatedly across the background tone on tone as a bit of a background image.

I then stamped the word ‘friend’ from the same stamp set in Versamark on black and heat embossed in white. This really helps to emphasise my white daisy.

This is the Balmy Blue notecard and I love the contrast of this colour with the white.

I have embellished these notecards with the Perennial Essence Floral Centres which I just love and have been through a couple of packets of these already!

I then added some fun sequins and added a Basic Rhinestone to the centre.

This is the Powder Pink notecard and adds a really soft and feminine feel.

I have added some of the Whisper White Polka Dot Tulle and the White Flax Ribbon to each of the cards behind my daisy fo ra bit of added texture.

Lastly this is the Terracotta Tile notecard.

I have finished off all of my cards with an additional stamp from the Daisy Lane stamp set which says ‘It’s your time to shine’. I can’t wait to send these to my near and dear!

As you can see they also come with fun coloured coordinating envelopes.

I can’t wait to send these to special people in my life.
