Today I am sharing something super special.
When I saw these Tutti Frutti Cards & Envelopes that you can earn FREE during Sale-a-Bration and the gorgeous Shimmer Ribbon pack I just knew that I wanted to put them together to create a set of cards using the Fruit Basket bundle.
Those Itty Bitty Fruit punches are just the cutest (you can see them linked at the bottom of this post)
I love that this card set already comes with coordinating patterned envelopes. Add a little bit more personalisation with some coordinating stamps and you are good to go!
Here’s a look at the set of cards that I made…
I made a set of four cards so that I could feature each of the beautiful patterns that come in the free card pack. You get four patterns and four of each for a total of sixteen cards and envelopes.
It’s even better when they are free!
I combined them with the Tutti Frutti suite with the Designer Series Paper, Tutti Frutti Sequins, Punch and Stamp Set.
I added some additional embellishments from the Touches of Nature Wooden Elements, Mini Treat Bag Thinlets Dies (the stars and hearts on black), Gold Metallic Thread and some gorgeous Glimmer Paper (in green) from the Myths & Magic suite.
I love how the colours came together.
Here is the first of my cards.
This is probably my favourite. I love the blue wiht the gorgeous red from the Brusho Crystal Colour background. I used Shimmer White Cardstock and wet it liberally with water and applied the red Brusho. Once dry I stamped it in Real Red with the tiny heart stamp from the Fruit Basket Stamp Set.
I also used the Calypso Coral Shimmer Ribbon which you can also earn free in Sale-a-Bration at the moment with a $90 order.
This is the cutest sentiment in the set.
I love ‘punny’ sayings like this one. It’s so cute!
I mixed up the Calypso Coral with the gorgeous Daffodil Delight and a touch of Lemon Lime Twist from the pears.
It’s no secret that Lemon Lime Twist is my absolute favourite colour.
Guess what else is also my favourite? PINEAPPLES!
They were my number 1 pregnancy craving and I still love them.
I loved adding a bit of Bermuda Bay to this one with the Shimmer Ribbon.
The last card features some gorgeous melons and once again the red Brusho.
I finished this one off with the gorgeous Lemon Lime Twist Tutti Frutti sequins.
And that is my set of Fruit Basket cards.
I kept the sentiments pretty general and will be great to keep in my stash for many occasions.
