There’s something about new crafting products that makes me want to drop everything and play..and my latest live video on my Facebook & Youtube channel was the perfect excuse to do exactly that.

For this video, I created two completely different cards using the gorgeous Glow of Harvest Specialty Designer Series Paper — August’s Stampin’ Up! Product of the Month — while also sneaking in a little preview of some VERY exciting new products coming soon!

🍂 Two Cards, Two Completely Different Looks

Card One

The first is a traditional card design, allowing the beautiful Glow of Harvest paper to really take centre stage. The warm autumnal colours with those fussy cut flowers taken right from the Glow of Harvest specialty paper and gorgeous leafy imagery from the new Lustrous Leaves hot foil dies make creating a beautiful background almost effortless.

I did also take some products from the brand new upcoming September-December Stampin’ Up! catalogue including the; Softly Woven 3D Embossing Folder, Autumn Woodland Glimmer Paper, Neutrals Jute Combo Pack and Painted Patch Adhesive Backed Dots. These will be available in my online store from September 1st (or now if you are already a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator).

For the second card, I decided to play with an angled gatefold design. I love how the different panels open up to reveal the design inside — it adds that little bit of WOW without making the card overly complicated.

And, of course, I couldn’t resist adding some of the gorgeous Lustrous Leaves Hot Foil Dies into the mix!

A Little Sneak Peek of What’s Coming…
