I was so excited to create this card with everyone live tonight using brand new product that will be released next month. Did you know that I do weekly lives on my Facebook and YouTube pages? I always post the free PDF tutorials here afterwards. I have been having a blast playing with these new products since I received my pre-order and can’t wait to create even more & have lots of plans for upcoming fun projects and events over @ The Stamping Lounge.
Tonight I kicked it off with a fun shadow box card with some of my favourites

Here is a look at the finished Shadow Box Card. This fun fold is actually so easy. You just need something to make the ‘window’. That could be ANY shape at all. The circle worked well for this Autumn inspired card and I used it as a bit of a frame to spotlight the beautiful Autumn leaves that come as part of the Autumn Expressions dies.
The Warms My Heart stamp is one of my favourites from the new catalogue and that is actually what inspired this card first. I wanted a way to ‘frame’ this gorgeous image (woman holding the pumpkins) and so it worked perfects with the Splendid Autumn Paper which looked adorable ‘framed’.

I have added a few extra products like the Peach Pie Glimmer Paper which worked well with these Autumn inspired colours and just added a touch of glam to this card.
The finished card has a lot of texture which is one of my favourite things to add with the Faux Glass Dots, Woven Leaves and the beautiful Wild Wheat Ribbon. I have not seen ribbon like that before and it’s gorgeous!

Whilst the Shadow Box Card is gorgeous to display, the front does not leave spaces to write, so I simply added a panel on the back with some blending and called it done!
I had loads of fun making this week’s Shadow Box Card which was a fun way to feature these Autumn/seasonal themed products that will be featured in the upcoming catalogue.
