Here’s a look at the card that we created today featuring the fun Stampin’ Up! Basket of Blooms and Walk in the Woods stamp sets.

Today we featured some fun techniques with the watercolour pencils that are quite often forgotten about with Stampin’ Up! which I am guilty of too, as I get too caught up with Stampin’ Blends and other types of colouring options. I do love a good watercoloring pencil session though and in today’s episode I have shared some hints and tips for using these fun pencils and their beautiful creamy application.

Here’s a close up of the finished card where you can see all the texture and detail.
I have used quite the combination of products including the Embroidered Ribbon, Gold Hoops and the In Good Taste Wooden Elements.

I couldn’t of course finish the card without some fun Wink of Stella spritzing and I have really featured the Forever Greenery Designer Series Paper – as I love that stuff so much (even better that right now it is on sale for 15% off!!)

Here’s a look at the inside of the card which I have decorated with layers of Whisper White and Crumb Cake with some additional Linen Thread, Forever Greenery Paper and another watercolored image from the Basket of Blooms Stamp Set.
