I am excited to share with you another Thank God It’s Friday challenge.
I am so blessed to be part of these amazing challenges and this week is a fun colour challenge.
I love being challenged to try new things and colour challenges are one of my favourites.

What a fun colour combo to give it a go!

Here’s a look at my card using the Turtle Friends bundle, a fun bundle from the Annual Catalogue.

Here’s a look at the finished card.
I chose to incorporate the fun Stampin’ Blends alcohol technique for a fun ‘wash’ in the background using the Soft Sea Foam and Gray Granite Stampin’ Blends. When the Gray Granite blends are washed out it achieves a similar look to Smoky Slate.

The turtles are stamped in black on some Soft Sea Foam cardstock and then the turtle shells are stamped tone on tone in Soft Sea Foam ink.
The cool thing about this bundle is that it comes with a coordinating punch, making it quick and easy.

I have embellished with some beautiful ephemera from the Expressions in Ink and Abstract Beauty ephemera packs. It really adds a beautiful understated look to this fun card.

I added in some fun touches of Calypso Coral by colouring some of the Classic Matte Dots with a Calypso Coral Stampin’ Blend and stamped the sentiment in Calypso Coral.

I have decorated the inside of the card with some Gold Metallic Specialty Paper and another of the stamped and punched turtles.
