Happy Birthday To You ~ SAB Birthday Card

Hello and welcome back to my blog – Happy Saturday!

I hope that you guys have a crafty weekend planned – let’s face it – we are all facing plenty of times indoor – which does mean more crafting time!

Today I am here to share with you a card that I made using the beautiful Happy Birthday To You Sale-a-Bration stamp that you can earn for FREE in my store with an order of $90 or more.

I decided to combine this stamp with the gorgeous Golden Honey Designer Series Paper which was also available as a FREE option in SAB, but has unfortunately sold out.

I have also added a beautiful Nested Label die cut (linked below) and some other fun products. Be sure to scroll to the bottom of this post to see a link of all the products I have used in today’s post.

Here’s a look at the completed card.

I have used my usual card size and layers.

I have chosen to add layers of Smoky Slate, Basic Black and Whisper White with the Golden Honey DSP.

I have stamped the beautiful birthday cake from the Happy Birthday To You stamp set on Thick Whisper White Cardstock with Memento Black and coloured it with; Lovely Lipstick, Mango Melody, Granny Apple Green and Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends. Combined with the beautiful coordinating Birthday Dies I have cut both the cake, and the flowers separately so that I could layer these two pieces.

I have also die cut a cake stand from Gold Foil. To add the cake stand, you do need to cut off the stand from the birthday stamped image. Gosh those dies make beautiful elements for the cake!

Here’s a close up look at the finished card where you can see some of the details.

I have embellished with some of the beautiful Peaceful Poppies Sequins in black which I have topped with some of the Basic Rhinestones.

I have added a bow from the gorgeous Granny Apple Green Textured Weave Ribbon and adhered this with a Glue Dot.

I have also added a sentiment heat embossed in gold on Basic Black Cardstock.
