Lovely You Bundle ~ Miles Apart But Still In My Heart

Happy Sunday crafty peeps!

Today I have a bright and happy card to share with you using one of our brand new upcoming bundles to the brand new Annual Catalogue.

Here’s a look at the finished card.

I have gone for super bright and colourful!

I have used quite the mix of colours here. This was actually inspired by a card sample that I saw in the Annual Catalogue and I took it in my own little direction.

This gorgeous Lovely You Bundle comes complete with a gorgeous punch called Lovely Labels Pick a Punch. It punches tags in a variety of sizes, if I remember corrects it’s 1/2″, 3/4″ and 1″. Really super cute and very versatile!

I have used this to create a variety of ‘strips’ for my card in Coastal Cabana, Magenta Madness and even some of the Flowers for Every Season Designer Series Paper.

I also cut a strip from Basic Black Cardstock and stamped and heat embossed a sentiment from the Lovely You Stamp Set in white.

I have then used these and traced a light pencil line around where these pieces were going to sit on my card. This helped to guide my stamping and where I wanted them to go.

I have then stamped a variety of foliage and flowers using a mixture of; Shaded Spruce, Melon Mambo, Flirty Flamingo, Granny Apple Green, Mango Melody and Coastal Cabana Inks.

I have then matted this Whisper White Layer on some Magenta Madness and added this to a Basic Black card base.

Here’s a close up of the finished card.

I have then added some beautiful Misty Moonlight bakers twine from the Flowers for Every Season Ribbon Combo Pack. I wrapped this around the card three times and tied this in a simple bow.

I have then fussy cut one of the flowers from the Flowers for Every Season Designer Series Paper and adhered this over the top of my labels with some Black Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Lastly I embellished by spritzing some Wink of Stella and adding some Flowers for Every Season Gems with some Liquid Glue.

Here’s a look at the decorated inside of my card where I have added a 1″ strip of the Flowers for Every Season Designer Series Paper on some Whisper White Cardstock matted with some Magenta Madness.

I have added some Misty Moonlight bakers twine and another fussy cut flower from the Flowers for Every Season DSP. Lastly I have stamped a beautiful sentiment ‘always’ from the Lovely You stamp set.
