Hello and welcome back to my blog!
This is a bit of a spontaneous blog post today because I did a spontaneous (ohhh I’m loving that word) Facebook Live sharing how I created this card.

I promised those that tuned in, that I would post on my blog with links to all the products that I used so that they can replicate at home.
I gathered this idea from the Holiday Catalogue (which is now live…YAY!) and just had to create it!
I have a bit of a love affair with the new metallic inks and that silver is just so much fun!
On this card I have used both the Silver ink pad as well as the refill to get some splatters.

I also am totally in love with that Basic Black Scalloped Edge ribbon and think I am going to need multiple rolls of that gorgeous stuff!
On this card I have edged the sentiment that is heat embossed on the Crumb Cake with that beautiful ribbon.

The sleigh just looks stunning, cut just out of black (or even cutting it out of the black foil would also look awesome)
Here’s a close up of the finished card where you can see the ribbon a little better.
You can also see the detail on the sky. I used a combination of Night of Navy, Pacific Point and Balmy Blue to achieve my sky and just love the combination!
To further embellish I added some Noble Peacock Rhinestones, some Snowflake Sequins, Linen Thread and a Designer Element in silver to finish it off.
