Hello lovely crafty people, thank you for popping by my blog today.
It’s a lovely Tuesday here. I am still in Queensland in some lovely sunshine – enjoying some R & R and time out. I am here enjoying some relaxation – but still enjoying my time gathering some crafty inspiration with all the gorgeous new products from the beautiful new Annual Catalogue released recently.
I made this card using the Daisy Garden Stamp recently on my Facebook Page and showed it on my Facebook Live. You can see the recording shown below at the bottom of this post.

Here’s a look at the finished card.
I actually had so much fun making this card. I used the beautiful Fluid 100 watercolour paper. I love this beautiful product – it is such fine quality!
I have heat embossed the entire background stamp in gold and went to town watercoloring in a mixture of; Granny Apple Green, Coastal Cabana, Pale Papaya and Polished Pink with a touch of Crushed Curry.
It takes a bit of patience to get the background completed – but call it therapy (I love it!)
I have then kept the rest of the card relatively simply with a sentiment from the So Sentimental Stamp Set heat embossed in white on some Basic Black Cardstock. I have added some Very Vanilla Scalloped Lace Trim and some Linen Thread. I then added a gorgeous Bumblebee Trinket. I love these adorable bumblebees!

Here’s a close up of the finished card!
I added Wink of Stella – of course – it needed sparkle!
You can see all the texture and dimension that the embossing combined with the watercoloring adds.
The sentiment is raised on some Stampin’ Dimensionals, for some extra dimension.

Here’s a little peek at the inside of my card which I have kept simple with layers of Basic White and Basic Black. I added a sentiment from the So Sentimental Stamp Set and some daisies stamped from the same background stamp, but stamped in Memento Black.
I coloured my daisies with Pale Papaya, Daffodil Delight and Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends.
Here’s a look at the video recording of the Facebook Live that I did where you can see how I put together this card.
It was a fun card to make live with all my page followers.
I hope you got some inspiration from today’s crafty share and have a lovely Tuesday.
Much love and big crafty hugs! xx
