Stampin’ Up! Special Someone ~ Birthday Card

Hello everyone!
Today I am coming by to share a card with you that I wanted to share because the lovely stamp I have used in this fun card is actually retiring and is on sale for just $7.50 AUD for a limited time while I am writing this post but I am expecting that it will sell out quick! So if you want it – grab it quick!

This was a card I made a little while ago but did not get around to posting…

Here’s a look at the finished card.
I have used our beautiful Rainbow Glimmer Paper as my whole background. This gorgeous paper is to die for and makes such a gorgeous stand out piece and I am so excited as this IS carrying over to the new Annual Catalogue. Yippee!

I have also used the Stitched Rectangle Dies as a base for my focal pieces. These are amazing and are also carrying over to the new Annual Catalogue.

I then used our fabulous Hippo & Friends Dies as a base to pop all my images from the Special Someone Images on.

Here is a close up look at my card where you can see some of the fun details from the card.
I have used one of my favourites that is retiring and that is the Forever Greenery Trim Combo Pack. That gold trim is one of my absolute favourites.
You can also see that there is lots of sparkle and shine as I have added lots of Wink of Stella to my card for lots of sparkle and shine.

I have also added some of the pretty 2020-2022 In Colour Enamel Dots for the centres of my little flowers there, which really adds a nice accent piece.

Here’s a look at the inside of the card which I have kept pretty simple with layers of Basic Black and Basic White with a small strip of the Rainbow Glimmer Paper and a small strip of the Gold Trim. I have also added more flowers from the Special Someone stamp set.
