I made this fun card recently using the gorgeous YUMMY CHRISTMAS stamp set which coordinates so beautifully with our Cuckoo Clocks Dies from the annual catalogue.
I didn’t personally buy this stamp set, but my lovely friend Jodie had it, and I just had to get creative with it and love how it looks!
What a fun little gingerbread house…
I have used the fun Wrapped in Plaid 6×6 Designer Series Paper and distressed the edges for this fun background. Underneath I stamped a series of scalloped borders on a piece of Mint Macaron for another fun layer.
I went with a Stitched Shape die in Whisper White edged with a scalloped circle cut in gold foil as a nice base to add my Yummy Gingerbread house to!
As you can see here from the close up, I have kept embellishments to the minimum and only really added some Linen Thread and a Jingle Bell i red.
The Stampin’ Blends in various colours (listed below) were my friends with this card and I have used lots of different colours. I still love and have always loved colouring with these fun blending pens and find it so calming and therapeutic.
Here’s a look at the stamped inside of my card where I have added another layer of Mint Macaron and then topped with Whisper White with a simple sentiment stamped on the inside.
